Aaron Flaaen is a graduate student in the Economics Department of the University of Michigan. He has also worked as a research assistant at the Brookings Institution, where he co-authored several papers. In addition to an M.A. in economics from the University of Michigan, he holds a B.S. in International Business and Economics from the University of South Carolina.
