Alexandros Vardoulakis is an Economist at the Federal Reserve Board. He received his DPhil in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford, Saïd Business School. His principal areas of research are banking and regulation, macro-finance, monetary theory and policy, and asset pricing under asymmetric information. He is currently doing research on the effects of financial regulation on financial stability and real economic activity.
