Carolina Reyes

Carolina Reyes is a Senior Health Economist at Genentech, Inc. She is also an Adjunct Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Clinical Pharmacy at the University of California, San Francisco. She received BS degrees in Mathematics and Chemistry from Trinity College and a PhD in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from UCSF. She was awarded a Ford Foundation Pre-doctoral Graduate Fellowship and an NIH NIGMS Research Training Fellowship. She completed post-doctoral work in pharmacoeconomics in the Global Health Economics and Strategic Pricing Department at Roche. Her research interests include comparative effectiveness research and economic assessment of cancer therapies. She has worked in consulting, pharmaceutical and medical device industries developing reimbursement strategies for successful coverage and access to new technologies. She has numerous publications in American Journal of Managed Care, Value in Health, Cancer, Leukemia & Lymphoma, Lung Cancer, American Journal of Kidney Diseases, and Journal of Rheumatology.
