Denis Gromb is currently Professor of Finance at INSEAD, having held positions at MIT and LBS, and a visiting position at LSE. His principal research interests include Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, Banking, Limits of Arbitrage and the Economics of Organizations. His articles have been published in leading academic journals in Economics and Finance.
