Donato De Rosa

Donato De Rosa is currently senior economist in the Private and Financial Sector Department of the Europe and Central Asia Region of the World Bank. He joined the Bank in 2007 from the OECD and has advised several countries in Central and Eastern Europe on private sector development issues. His work concentrates in the areas of the economics of regulation, productivity and the investment climate, and the political economy of reforms.
