Gilberto Biacuana holds an MSc Agricultural Economics (cum laude) from the University of the Free State and is currently with FNB Commercial. Previously he was an economist at SAIIA, where he was involved with trade policy research. He also worked for Genesis Analytics and the Edge Institute as an economic analyst and junior economic researcher, respectively. His experience ranges from trade policy to foreign direct investment and agricultural policy.
