Jihad Dagher

Jihad Dagher is an economist at the International Monetary Fund, currently working on the United States. Previously, he worked on the Middle East and Africa. He has a diverse research background working on issues related to financial frictions in equilibrium models, sudden stop episodes, firm financing, as well as issues in development economics. Recently he has been focusing on issues related to financial regulation. He holds an M.A. in Econometrics from Toulouse School of Economics and a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Southern California.
