Stephan Heblich
University of Stirling
Stephan Heblich is Reader in Economics at the University of Stirling, UK. He is also affiliated with CESifo, IZA and SERC. Previously, Stephan worked as Senior Research Fellow in the Entrepreneurship, Growth, and Public Policy Group at the Max Planck Institute of Economics in Jena, Germany and was a visiting researcher at the University of Toronto, Canada. His current research is in the field of urban economics and local labor markets where he focuses on the empirical identification of spatial disparities in the distribution of entrepreneurship, innovative activities, and human capital.
