Steven Yen is a professor in the Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics at the University of Tennessee and PhD from University of Minesotta. His areas of interest are Food Safety and Nutrition Consumer Economics, Health Economics and Applied Microeconometrics. He has published in the Journal of Comparative Economics, American Journal of Agriculture Economics, Health Economics, Contemporary Economic Polic and Economics Letters among other journals.
