Ms. Tuuli Koivu works currently as Economist at the Bank of Finland. She studied and analysed China’s monetary and exchange rate policy at the Bank of Finland Institute for Economies in Transition (BOFIT) in 2003-2008 and in 2009 she worked as a China economist at the European Central Bank.
