Yuan Yuan is an Associate Professor of Waseda Institute for Advanced Study at Waseda University since 2011. She received her Ph. D. in Economics from Hosei University in 2008. Her current research interests arecorporate finance, the banking industry, technology and innovation, and the Chinese economy. Her publications appear in Research Policy, Journal of Asian Economics, Japan and World Economy, to name a few.
