Yung Chul Park is Research Professor and Director of the Center of International Commerce and Finance at the Graduate School of International Studies, Seoul National University and Co-Chairman of Public Fund Oversight Committee. Before that he taught at Korea University, Harvard, Boston University and MIT and was a Member of the National Economic Advisory Council, Office of the president, Korea and Ambassador for International Economy and Trade, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Minnesota.
